BOARD AND TRAIN POLICY - GIVEN AT DROP OFF
A. PPA’S board and train rate is $1900 for 14 days of training and 2 hours of One on One training for owners after Board and Train is completed. Owner will make available time to train 1 hour in home and 1 hour out of the home and be a participant in training and handling for the above listed dog.
a1 There are absolutely no refunds. Under any circumstances; this includes deposits, payments and paid in full amounts. Spots are reserved and time is invested on PPA's part immediately when a payment is received. Additionlly owners are trained and if pet owners training is not upheld by pet owner, or refused we are not iable for that. Finally we are not responsible for pet owner handling or actions.
a2 Video footage and photos are taken throughout the duration of training showing the improvements and development of pet for Pet Owner.
a3 Additional dog(s) is given a 10%-15% discount- limit 3.
a4 PAYMENT: Total amount is due upon drop off unless an agreed arrangement between Parties has been made. Cash and Credit Cards are accepted.
a5 Pet Owners agrees to listen, learn, participate and maintain the handler training shown to them by PPA after the Pet has completed training and returns home.
B. PPA reserves the right to not accept any pet into the boarding program for any reason and may terminate training at any point for any reason.
C. Should a medical emergency occur, Pet Owner gives PPA permission to treat pet(s) as outlined in the PPA Consent to Treat Form. Pet Owner has read, understands, and signed the PPA Consent to Treat and agrees to pay any charges incurred for the treatment of the

Pet Owner agrees to hold PPA, its owners, employees, family and lessors of the premises and/but not limited to property owner of locations while training, harmless from any and all claims for loss or injury (including legal fees) which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of the pet or otherwise. Pet Owner releases, indemnify, and agrees to hold PPA harmless from any and all manner of damages, claims, death, loss, injuries, liabilities, costs or expenses, causes of actions or suits, whatsoever in law or equity, (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and related costs) arising out of or related to the training, services, stays, training or handling.
E. Pet Owner understands that while PPA takes all reasonable steps to avoid communicable diseases, there is still a risk of acquiring a communicable disease while in PPA’s boarding program that includes outings, park visits, socialization and neighborhood walks. In the event that the pet(s) contracts such disease while boarding, Pet Owner assumes all the risks and accepts the responsibility for the cost of all treatments. Pet Owner further agrees to hold the owners and lessors of the premises of PPA harmless for liability and or expenses incurred for such
F. Pet Owner agrees that PPA will be responsible for the loss or damage of any belongings, such as blankets, bowls and toys that are brought with the pet(s) up to an amount of $50.
G. Pet Owner certifies that he/ she is the actual owner of the pet(s), or is the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name is entered above.
H. Pet Owner represents that the pet is free of any infectious disease and has been vaccinated with all of the required vaccinations as outlined in the Requirements for Boarding and of SC law requirements. Pet Owner represents that pet is also free of contagious parasitic problems, whether internal or external (including fleas), and is free from any contagious skin.
I. Pet Owner is aware that there is inherent risk of illness and injury when dealing with any and all forms of of animal socialization and play.
J. Group Activity: Pet Owner understands that while your dog is staying at PPA, he or she will come into contact with other dogs. Every effort will be made to ensure the safety of our guests. Pet Owner acknowledges that, in the unlikely event your dog is injured by another dog, you release PPA from any liability of any injuries.
K. Pet Owner represents that the information provided on all of the forms signed and submitted to PPA, including but not limited to the Boarding Registration Form, The Consent to treat, Social Media Form, Medication Form, is true and that PPA can rely on the accuracy of the said information.
L. Pet Owner has read and understands the Requirements for Boarding at PPA.
